Terms of website use
Last updated: July 24, 2026. These terms are an operational template and require final legal approval for the deploying entity and jurisdiction.
No engagement created
Website content and project inquiry receipts are informational. A professional, client, partnership or fiduciary relationship begins only through a separately executed written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit unlawful or deceptive material, upload secrets you are not authorized to share, or use automated systems to abuse forms or infrastructure.
Confidentiality
Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated records or other highly sensitive information through the initial inquiry form. Confidentiality obligations apply only when set out in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The ClosedLab name, visual system, site code, copy and original media are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy and availability
ClosedLab works to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that general website content is suitable for every purpose. Service commitments, warranties and remedies are defined in signed project agreements.
Third-party services
Links or integrations may rely on third parties with separate terms and privacy practices. ClosedLab is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, website use is at your own risk and general website materials are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Jurisdiction-specific limitations require counsel review.
Changes and contact
These terms may change when the website or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to hello@closedlab.com.
