Privacy and project inquiries

Last updated: July 24, 2026. This notice is a deployment-ready operational template and must be approved against the final legal entity, processors and jurisdictions before public indexing.

Information collected

The project form may collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, project category, budget range, desired timeline and project summary. Security controls may process pseudonymous hashes of network and browser identifiers to prevent abuse.

Purpose and lawful basis

Information is used to review and respond to a requested business inquiry, protect the service, maintain audit evidence and comply with legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

Optional performance metrics

Anonymous Core Web Vitals are collected only after an explicit opt-in. Form contents, advertising identifiers and cross-site profiles are not included. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored as a decline. You can clear or change the choice in your browser storage.

Storage, processors and retention

Production inquiry storage, delivery providers, hosting region and retention period are configured by the deployer. The default schema supports expiration and deletion workflows. The final public notice must name applicable processors and retention periods before legal approval is marked complete.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export. Contact hello@closedlab.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.

Security and international access

ClosedLab uses access controls, encryption in transit, rate limiting, signed delivery and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Data may be accessed from locations where authorized providers and personnel operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Children

This business service is not directed to children and should not be used to submit information about a minor.
